Castellum Apartments at Oxford House, located near Aylesbury Town Centre, is a prime example of MCR’s commitment to transforming underutilised office spaces into thriving residential communities for our Build to Rent portfolio. This stunning development features modern, high-specification apartments with excellent transport links and open grounds. Phase 1 introduced 77 apartments, and Phase 2 added 37 more, which were fully let in under three months, highlighting strong demand. In 2024, we completed the third floor, adding 37 studio, one-, and two-bedroom apartments to further maximise the site’s potential.
