What We Do

We deliver residential platforms designed for long-term income and occupancy resilience, spanning Build to Rent, co-living and mixed-use. Our approach centres on creating well-located, professionally managed homes that meet modern living demands while driving consistent returns.
Industrial
Our industrial strategy is aligned to structural demand across logistics, manufacturing and distribution. We acquire and develop assets that offer flexibility, strong connectivity and operational efficiency, ensuring relevance to occupiers and durability of income.
Hospitality & Extended Stay
We are building a scalable hospitality and extended stay platform in prime, supply constrained locations, supported by a £123m investment across Knightsbridge and Kensington. Our focus is on acquiring and repositioning hotels and serviced apartments, driving performance through active management, brand creation and operational control. As an owner operator, we retain flexibility through direct management or selective partnerships, allowing us to adapt quickly and maximise long term value.

Commercial
We invest in office and workspace environments where we can reposition and enhance the offer through active asset management. From large-scale campuses to flexible and serviced space, our focus is on creating workplaces that attract occupiers and support business performance.
PBSA
Student accommodation is a core growth platform for MCR. Building on over two decades of sector experience, we are scaling our position through Flow Student, our dedicated student brand platform.Flow is designed to deliver a consistent, high-quality student living experience across key university cities, combining operational efficiency with brand-led differentiation. Through this platform, we are targeting significant growth, with a focus on well-located, purpose-built schemes aligned to sustained demand and evolving student expectations.
