Eighth Avenue is a new-build development providing the opportunity to create 64 homes in the heart of Aylesbury, less than 1 miles walking distance to both the train station and Aylesbury Town Centre.
The site is the former car park of Oxford House, an office block set on 5 acres, originally developed in the late 1960’s as one of the key UK offices for Rothmans, subsequently acquired by British American Tobacco.

The scheme consists of a mix of two, three, four and five bedroom semi-detached houses targeted at meeting the diverse requirements of the local Aylesbury area. The scheme received planning approval at committee in March 2021, with a view to the S106 being signed and decision notice issued in October 2021.
