Systematic Business Park Welcomes & Completes First Tenant

Systematic Business Park, Colchester’s brand new industrial scheme of 30 high-specification units, set across 5.47 acres, has now reached practical completion and immediately welcomed its first tenant, Lifecycle Oils.

Owners and developers of the scheme, MCR Property Group, has leased Units 27 and 28  comprising approximately 3,810 sq. ft to Lifecycle Oils, , as the leader in sustainable waste oil recycling continue to expand their operation.

The £25 million development on Old Ipswich Road in Colchester, offers high quality premium units ranging in size from 1,700 - 4,867 sq. ft (larger combined units up to 28,934 sq. ft available), providing the capacity and flexibility for individual businesses to adapt the space in line with their own unique requirements.
