MCR Property Group continues to strengthen its commercial and industrial portfolio with the most recent acquisition of Daleside House, a prominent Nottinghamshire industrial and office development. Located in Calverton, just outside Nottinghamshire city centre, the asset sits across a 3.36-acre site, comprising industrial, office, self-storage units and 50 space car park. The 79,000 sq. ft. premises will undergo a programme of refurbishment and upgrade.

This latest acquisition forms an essential development in the Group’s wider strategic growth plans.
