MCR Property Group have purchased 3.31 acres of industrial development land in Ellesmere Port, Cheshire. The town is located in Cheshire West, an area home to a growing population of over 320,000 people, and a number of attractions including the Blue Planet Aquarium, and Cheshire Oaks Designer Outlet. Due to the area’s retail opportunities and large population, MCR expect increased demand in industrial storage and distribution spaces. 

The site benefits from a strategic location, less than ten miles north of the city of Chester. The site offers the potential for short-term storage rental, and long-term plans for industrial development. Options to provide multi-let industrial estates or a mid-box industrial unit are currently being explored, subject to local market demands.
